As a Technical Recruiter on the Direct Hire team, you will manage the full lifecycle of the recruiting process including prospecting new companies to work with, discussing job requirements with hiring managers, sourcing qualified candidates, resume review, candidate screening, interviewing, reference checking, and qualifying applicants to fill a variety of job opportunities.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience
  • Experience navigating the sales process from start to finish
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • An interest in or previous experience with technology preferred
