Monica supports the EdgeLink team in the areas of Human Resources, Accounting and Office Management. With her well-rounded skill set, she ensures that things go smoothly in our office. Much of her professional background lies in Customer Service and Office Management. For the past 18 years, Monica has called the Pacific Northwest home. She earned her degree here; a BS in Graphic Design from Portland State University.
I was a Busser at the Old Faithful Inn in Yellowstone Park. It was an exhausting, intensely physical job but I was soon “promoted” to hostess. I was much better suited to meeting and greeting customers than I was cleaning up after them. My worst job resulted in one of my best.
