Aaron Mills has been with EdgeLink for over 10 years. He’s an Executive Technical Recruiter on the Direct Hire Team. Aaron started the EdgeLink Denver office in 2010 with the help and support from the owners Jeff & Mike, and together they have built an amazing Colorado office!
Aaron brings 15+ years of technology recruiting experience in Colorado. He’s hired hundreds of software engineers for hundreds of amazing Colorado companies. Throughout his career, he’s been a President’s Club Winner 11 times and EdgeLink MVP. He’s hired, trained and developed 15 President’s Club Winners and 3 Managers. He also serves the community with his work on the Advisory Board for Denver Recruiters.

Horse packing in the mountains, fly fishing and elk hunting. I also enjoy working on the ranch with my son and raising a few cattle. I also really look forward to babysitting my 1 year old Grandson. We have so much fun together and it is something special…much more than I ever expected.
I am able to take my wife on horse packing trips in the Colorado high country. We use our own horses and we fly fish and explore. It’s something special that most people don’t get the chance to do.

Earlier this month, Denver Recruiters organized the first annual Fall Recruiting Conference at the Denver Aquarium. A rewarding experience for 200 industry professionals, the half-day event was sold out.
