Denver Startup Week 2015: Hiring Strategies for Your Startup 3.0

Fall is an exciting time for EdgeLink Denver. Why? Because it’s time for Denver Startup Week 2015!

This year, Denver Startup Week events will be taking place from September 28^th to October 3^rd. Once again, we have provided sponsorship to this meeting of the minds, and our very own John Kingdeski, Contract Services Manager at EdgeLink Denver, will be contributing to a panel titled “Attract & Retain – Hiring Strategies For Your Start-Up 3.0.”

This session is scheduled for Wednesday, September 30^th, from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm at Stack Overflow (1660 Lincoln st. 24th floor). John will be participating in the panel along with Rishi Malik of Parkifi, Josh Oakhurst of Skookum, and Samantha Schreiner of iTriage.

Together, they will be discussing which hiring strategies can help startups attract top talent in the competitive Denver hiring landscape, where established businesses and tech startups alike are fighting for any advantage. Topics covered will include how to determine your startup’s value, create an effective hiring game plan, and retain talent once they’ve joined the team.
