Denver Startup Week: Hiring Mistakes Startups Should Avoid

Joined by Kelly Taylor of Pivotdesk and Chris Black of Tendril, John will be part of a panel discussion about how to overcome many hurdles faced when building a team.

The event will take place at at NewsGator Technologies – 950 17th St Ste 2500. During the session, the panel will highlight a step by step process for hiring at different stages of your startup including, setting realistic objectives, importance of job description (internal and external), value propositions, legal responsibilities, interview plan/process, how to reach candidates, creating culture, on-boarding process and retention.
