Is it that time of year already? Once again, we at EdgeLink are excited to announce the results for our most recent ELI customer and candidate survey! On a semi-annual basis, Inavero administers the EdgeLink Loyalty Index (ELI) which measures our Net Promoter Score and customer service performance directly from the feedback of our everyday customers and candidates.
Reflecting on our performance allows us to analyze existing circumstances and make changes to improve service to both our candidates and clients. That level of commitment is one of the contributing factors to EdgeLink being awarded the 2014 Inavero Best of Staffing in Talent and Client Satisfaction. The candid, honest feedback we receive allows us to equally reevaluate our victories and any areas of improvement.
