Portland High-Tech Job Market Looking Better
Last quarter, Oregon's unemployment rate fell below 6% - for the first time since the tech bust of April 2001. Successful hiring companies are having to ramp up the pace and quality of their recruiting processes in order to successfully compete for available technical talent.
