Traci was a member of EdgeLink’s founding team and continues to serve as an advisor to the company. For more than 15 years, Traci has been helping to build Pacific Northwest growth companies. Her career emphasis on the special needs of seed- and early-stage companies has included working with the new venture investment group at Orien Venture Capital and with the technology sector audit practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Prior to co-founding EdgeLink, she was an early-stage team member for a number of start-ups, including Wizards of the Coast (now a subsidiary of Hasbro).

Traci holds an MBA from the University of Washington and a Bachelor's degree from Harvard University. She is a former CPA in the State of Oregon. She lives in Portland with her husband Tim and their son Patrick.
