For over eight years, John has been working in the Pacific Northwest’s technical staffing industry. In his role as Senior Technical Recruiter, John is responsible for recruiting IT professionals, mentoring junior recruiters, and leading and providing a positive example for teammates. He contributes toward the morale and effectiveness of everyday operations within the office, but more importantly, he is responsible for building working relationships with IT professionals and making a difference in a positive way.

Prior to EdgeLink, John worked as a Senior Recruiter for various global staffing organizations. He also worked onsite at Intel Corporation for a recognized vendor focused on staffing contingent workers. There, John also worked as a Partnered Staffing Manager where he served in management, strategic planning, operational effectiveness, and marketing roles in partnership with Intel managers.

Before becoming a recruiter, John served as a District Executive and Ranger for the Boy Scouts of America. He continues to be an active outdoorsman and volunteer. John holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Hawaii. He enjoys backpacking, snowboarding, mountain biking, movies, popsicles, and "deep or funny conversations."
