In his current role as a Technical Recruiter, Justin is responsible for business development, account management and recruiting. He comes to EdgeLink with a sales and marketing background, working as a Community Outreach Coordinator, Merchandise Coordinator and Sales Associate prior to EdgeLink. Justin attributes his recruiting success to his consultative approach and his ability to effectively identify and address various needs candidates and companies have. He holds a BS in Business (departmental honors) with a concentration in Marketing and a BS in Psychology from the University of Oregon. Like Angie, he is an avid Duck fan. Justin currently resides in Beaverton. He enjoys bass fishing, working out and doing pretty much anything and everything outdoors. Getting the Edge on Justin Something no one knows about you: Between all of my friends and family there is not a whole lot left to the imagination. It could be rather entertaining getting them all together and having them compare stories. First job: I went to work for my uncle’s company, Rogue Valley Mini Barns, when I was 15 years old. I was responsible for helping build storage sheds but more importantly this is where my interest in business began and my entrepreneurial spirit was born. Favorite quote: "The purpose of life is a life of purpose." Favorite thing to do outside of work: Spend time with family and friends. Also, find new and creative ways to make money with money. Pet: My roommate has a yellow lab puppy that I tell everyone is mine. Who inspires you? Chris Brown (not the performer but the professional soccer player) who works here at EdgeLink on Contract Services. Outside of EdgeLink I would have to say Michael Scott from Dunder Mifflin. Favorite food: Hawaiian - Kalua pork and rice. Favorite music: Hip-hop, Reggae and Country. Favorite hobbies: Watching and playing various sports including bass fishing, working out, running, hiking and pretty much anything out doors. share:
